Verse: "It is God who works in you to will and to act according to His good purpose." Philippians 2:13
We should all be striving to live our life for a purpose. Each of us has a special purpose for being here on earth. God has given us our own unique identity and calling to be lived out. Each of us has our own destiny, which can be lived out if we live according to His Word, His Will and His purposes for our life.
We do have the free-choice to live our lives the way we choose, but God has created us to become the best "Me's" we can be! He has given us gifts, talents, character traits, and desires that all fit along with the calling on our lives. We just need to be obedient and available to live those out. Sometimes by our own choices we have more troubles than joys... but it is in those times that we are learning to put our trust in the God above, who cares so deeply for each one of us.
We need to live up to our 'MAXIMUM EFFECTIVENESS' (the "M.E." that He has called us to be.) Through the help of Holy Spirit, mentors, teachers, pastors, good Christian friends and the Word of God we can make those choices that BEST help us to live our lives on purpose. God offers us all the stuff we need, we just have to take the first step. We need to stop trying to do things our way or on our own, and we need to allow God control over our thinking, speech and actions. How passionate are you? Then let your actions match your passions!
